​Who Are We Looking For:

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll get to work with a bunch of bright, passionate people who are smart about the Internet and fantastic at what they do. You'll get to apply your creativity and innovate ideas to identify, screen, interview and on-board top talent. It'll be your job to perform phone screening, organize/conduct  interviews, collect and disseminate feedback to and from the team/hiring manager/recruiter, keep our Jobs board up-to-date, track hiring stats and present trends and recommendations to the management team.

*This is a paid internship with the opportunity to convert to a full-time position.


  • Find candidates across a broad spectrum of sources and networks
  • Screen and interview candidates for their skills, fit, and interests
  • Manage and foster candidate, client, and team communications, expectation, and relationships
  • Act as a key point of contact for everyone involved in the recruitment process(es)
  • Understand business objectives and key success measures, find top talent and thus contribute to the satisfaction of both client and internal teams
  • Track, coordinate, and present candidate information and metrics
  • Create and manage job postings on internal and external sites

Skills and Experience:

  • Recent graduates, or
  • Applicants with 1-2 years experience, or
  • Students in 4th year with previous coop / industry experience

You possess:

  • Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. Crisp and easy to understand in order to be able to conduct remote interviews over the phone or Skype.
  • Driven, a fast learner, able to research and pick up new concepts, fast. 
  • Passionate about digital products and technology, web and mobile. 
  • Able to collect the requirements for a certain IT role (both the cultural / soft skills and the technical requirements) and then be able to find suitable candidates while screening out the candidates who are not a fit
  • Able to manage and prioritize multiple job searches in parallel
  • Experience with Office productivity suite (Excel, Word, MS Project)
  • A Business Administration degree or equivalent experience/education

Bonus points for:

  • Fintech, digital agency or experience in companies building technology / digital products 
  • Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams (Creative, Technical, Business, Strategy, etc)
  • Previous IT recruiting experience
  • Experience with a candidate management/tracking system
