We're hunting, searching and even training (moderate weights, some cardio) to find the perfect Digital Designer to join our team of collaborative, cross-functional developers, UX designers and team leaders. We want your help in creating ground-breaking digital products that surpass the project goals and objectives, challenge the norm of conventional design thinking, and result in pixel-perfect data-driven delivery. You’ll work directly and be supported by our technology team and Director of Product Design! You should be comfortable executing on multiple platforms and have an innate understanding of mobile and web design standards from polished production components to translating wireframes, user stories and prototypes.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in planning, prototyping, and designing for web, mobile/tablet, IoT products and other interactive experiences
  • A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills, craft, intuition, problem solving and expertise
  • A working knowledge of UI design standards for web, mobile web, iOS, and Android
  • Knowledge of web and mobile frameworks, languages, and tools
  • High-level of proficiency with Sketch, Invision,  Adobe CS, and Keynote    
  • Confident in speaking during presentations and client meetings, both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail, every pixel counts
  • Degree in design or communication an asset but not required
  • Candidates should be residents of the Greater Vancouver area
  • Strong knowledge base of production tools such as Slack, GDrive, GitHub, Jira

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Director of Product Design from concept to creation of digital products and solutions
  • Collaborate with the technology team to understand and communicate functional requirements and address technical constraints
  • Collaborate and produce visual brand assets for our energetic and fast-paced lead gen, growth hacking, and marketing leaders
  • Contribute to client meetings, presentations, and process planning
  • Ensure the team has a clear understanding of project context, constraints, and opportunities
  • Understand and help to define project goals and objectives, both internally and client-facing
  • Ensure all deliverables are of the highest level of quality and precision
  • Be a creative inspirer, foster positivity and awesomeness
