Recruiting Coordinator

As our Recruiting Coordinator, you'll get to work with a bunch of bright and passionate people who breathe all things technology. You'll get to apply your creativity and innovate ideas to identify, screen, interview and onboard top talent. It'll be your job to perform phone screens, organize and conduct interviews, collect and disseminate feedback to and from the team, and keep our job boards updated.


  • Work closely with the Director of Technology and CEO to forecast jobs and department goals  
  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Source candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Github, Behance, etc.  
  • Be a brand ambassador for Aequilibrium by representing the company at community networking events, career fairs, and on social media platforms
  • Conduct phone screens for all roles and manage the recruiting pipeline for all stages
  • Manage and foster candidate, client, and team communications, expectations, and relationships
  • Onboard new hires
  • Act as a key point of contact for everyone involved in the recruitment process
  • Understand business objectives and key success measures to find top talent
  • Track, coordinate, and present candidate information and metrics
  • Create and manage job postings on internal and external sites
  • Keep up-to-date with new technology

  • Be curious - take the time to understand project requirements and work with other departments to understand the impact of what you do
  • Be personable - find ways to relate to the team and candidates to ensure they are comfortable and are in a high-performing environment

Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of recruiting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Bonus points for:

  • Experience in FinTech or with companies building technology / digital products
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (Creative, Technical, Business, Strategy, etc)
  • Previous IT recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particular Jazz
