Lead, UX UI Designer 

We are seeking a Lead UX/UI Designer with Unity design experience to join our team! Who You Are

• Take ownership of medium-sized projects and ensure all work is delivered on time and to the highest standards. 
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop and refine concepts. 
• Mentor and guide junior designers as needed 
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and techniques. 

Must-Have Qualifications

• Create high-quality user interfaces and user experiences for Unity's products and services.
• Basic understanding of Unity engine and its capabilities.
• Ability to communicate with senior leaders and be client-facing
• Flexible and adaptable to learning new technology and platforms
• Experience creating user interfaces and user experiences for desktop, mobile, XR, cloud, and web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, user experience, human-computer interaction, or related field.
• Minimum of 5+ years experience as a UX/UI designer.
• Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers to achieve project goals. 
• Contribute to developing best practices and standards for UX/UI designers. 
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

Nice to Haves

• Experience working in an organization going through IPO

Location

• This position will be remote
• Open to candidates outside of Canada but can work PST/EST time zone
• Open to Full Time or Contractors
